Working with Patricia was a complete discovery for me on a personal level thanks to her professionality and it was also a delight, thanks to her warmth. For me there was a before and after, because she led me to discover that some of the goals I’d set for myself over years – which had had no success and brought much frustration – were not really the goals for me. I learnt to distinguish “I have to” from “I want to”. It may seem obvious but it changes your life. If I hadn’t had Patricia by my side I’d still be fighting to achieve motivation and commitment. What I learnt with her changed me and although some months have gone by, I continue to apply what I learnt in my life. And, as if that weren’t enough, the sessions were fun, we enjoyed ourselves, and the time flew by. In sum: a pleasure and 100% recommended. Thank you Patricia, a big hug
